Waiters
They’re responsible for setting up, serving guests, and breaking down events. Our team of waiters are skilled in the technical aspects of serving guests but also embody the spirit of gracious hospitality.
Captains
Captains manage the front-of-house staff and act as the liaison to the chefs to make sure that food is well presented, and that service is executed flawlessly. Captains work with event planners and hosts to execute the event.
Coat Check Staff
Our staff is available to support a variety of positions including coat check attendants, greeters, ushers, registration, maintenance crews and more.

Repair personnel, electrical, kitchen, plumbling, painting and custodial services.
